Our Scoop

A gaming parlor built for the grind and the giggles

We opened NeonWildVault in 2019 with one idea: make a competitive space that feels as warm as your favourite ice-cream parlor. Every station is a pastel booth with a 240Hz panel, a mechanical board, and a menu of thickshakes within arm’s reach.

From first-time button-mashers to Challenger-ranked squads, our crew of eight coaches and casters keeps the CBD’s best-kept gaming secret humming from noon until 2 AM, seven days a week.

  • RTX 4080 rigs on every one of our 48 stations
  • In-house cafe with thickshakes, cold brew & loaded fries
  • Sound-treated coaching pods for private sessions
  • A 60-seat tournament stage with live streaming rig
How It Works

From walk-in to game face in four scoops

Booking a session at NeonWildVault is as easy as ordering a double cone. Here is exactly how a visit runs.

  1. 1

    Reserve your station

Grab a spot online or roll up to the counter. Casual hire runs A$18/hour, or lock a 4-hour squad booth for A$60 per player.

  2. 2

    Gear up

Sign in with your Steam or Riot ID and we pre-load your titles. Bring your own peripherals or borrow a fresh Logitech kit from the counter.

  3. 3

    Warm up with a coach

Optional 30-minute warmup with a resident coach (A$45) covers aim routines, VOD notes, and comms drills before you queue.

  4. 4

    Compete & climb

Play ranked, run scrims, or enter the Friday bracket. We track your session stats and hand you a printed scorecard on the way out.

What the regulars say

Real cards from players who queue with us week after week.

Booked a coaching bootcamp for our Valorant five-stack and jumped two full ranks in six weeks. The VOD pods are gold and the thickshakes are dangerously good.

Questions, answered

Everything about booking, our gear, and tournament nights.

Booking & Pricing

Casual station hire is A$18 per hour, with a happy-hour rate of A$12 before 4 PM on weekdays. Squad booths (five stations) are A$60 per player for a four-hour block, and members save 15% on every session.

Walk-ins are always welcome, but weekends and Friday tournament nights fill fast. We recommend reserving online at least a day ahead for groups of four or more so we can seat you together.

Facilities & Gear

Every one of our 48 stations runs an RTX 4080, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB of DDR5, and a 240Hz panel. You can plug in your own peripherals or borrow a sanitised Logitech G Pro kit at no charge.

Absolutely. Our BYOC benches have gigabit wired connections and plenty of power. We also keep PS5 and Switch setups on the lounge screens for casual couch sessions.

Tournaments & Coaching

Doors open at 6 PM, brackets lock at 7 PM. Entry is A$25 and the prize pool is guaranteed at A$1,500, split across the top three teams. We rotate titles weekly between Valorant, CS2, and Rocket League.

Yes — our eight resident coaches range from Immortal to Radiant in Valorant and Global Elite in CS2. Bootcamps run eight weeks with three sessions a week, from A$680, and start with a free assessment.
